U.S. Senate Introduces Counterpart to House RPM Act

The U.S. Senate introduced S. 2659, the “Recognizing the Protection of Motorsports Act of 2016” (RPM Act), legislation that makes it clear that it has always been legal to modify a street vehicle into a racecar used exclusively at the track.

S. 2659 is the Senate companion bill to the House of Representatives' RPM Act, H.R. 4715, which was introduced earlier this week. The RPM Act must pass the U.S. Senate and the U.S. House of Representatives before becoming law.

Take action now! Tell Congress to support the RPM Act and save American motorsports!
