When I was in an automobile accident, the insurance company said that the car could be repaired, and they said it was not totaled. After I was informed of this conclusion, I had to decide the best auto body repair shop in the area. I loved my car, and I was not just going to let anyone try to fix it up. With that being said, the first thing I did was get onto the internet and research the different ones in my area.
After pulling up a few that were in my area, and within the vicinity that I was willing to drive, I decided to think of what kind of budget I was on. Luckily, since I paid my deductible in full to my insurance company, I was not going to pay out of pocket, as long I picked one of the body shops that my insurance approved of. Since a quite of those shops were already on my list of shops in the area, I was doing pretty good. That helped narrow down my search.
Next, I had to look at the services that were provided. I needed to make sure that the services I needed were offered; services such as, auto body repair, auto paint, and auto restoration. Since I was in an accident, the services I needed were auto body repair, auto paint, and auto restoration. Again, only a select few offered all three of these choices, so that narrowed it down even more.
After that, I had to look into the customer review. I mean, even if the prices are amazing, they offer all of the services I needed, but they had the worst customer reviews around, then that would be your worst choice. Previous customer reviews play a big part. It lets you know if they offer the best service. Even if the prices are low, but the service is bad, then there is a high possibility you will end of having to pay twice for something do to it not being fixed properly. It is better to get it done right, the very first time. The best way to determine that ahead of time would be to take a look at their customer reviews.
Finally, when you determine the best one that fits all of your needs, you just make the call. Schedule an appointment to start the process of fixing your car and returning it to new.
