FBI Releases Information About an Armored Truck Robbery in Miami

The FBI is releasing information about an armored truck robbery that took place August 15, 2014, at approximately 9:00 a.m. in the vicinity of 2905 NW 27 Ave. in Miami, Florida.
The robber approached an armored truck guard, displayed a weapon, and took a courier bag containing an undisclosed amount of money. The armored truck guard was shot during the robbery and later transported to Jackson Memorial Hospital.
Description of the robber: Dark-complexioned male, 18 to 20 years of age, 5’6” to 5’8” in height, 130 to 140 pounds, having a with a full, closely trimmed beard and wearing jeans and a black shirt.
The FBI is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the person or persons responsible. Additionally, Brinks is offering a $20,000 reward for the next 10 days for information leading to the arrest of the person or persons responsible.
