FBI Announces the Arrest of Two Individuals for Carjacking

The FBI announces the arrest of FRANKEL ANTWAN THEODORE, age19, and TREVOR TELSAINT, age 20, on federal carjacking charges.

THEODORE was arrested in Miami on November 6, 2019, without incident, and TELSAINT was arrested on November 7, 2019, in Miramar, Florida, without incident. Both are in federal custody and their initial appearances were held today, November 12, 2019, in Miami federal court. The criminal complaint detailing the charges is attached, and any further court documents will be in PACER under the Southern District of Florida in due time.

The FBI and its Violent Crime Task Force are involved in this matter as part of an initiative to assist local law enforcement agencies in combating violent armed robberies.

The City of Doral Police Department, Miramar Police Department, Hollywood Police Department, Miami Dade Police Department, and the FBI Violent Crime Task Force continue their investigation.
