Hotel Committee Will Be Able to Handle 100,000 Visitors Comfortably


SAVANNAH, Ga., July 25.—Savannah is desirous of having the members of different automobile clubs and all automobile owners send their names and addresses, so the hotel committee can place them comfortably during the big event on Thanksgiving day. By a systematic method the hotel committee is now pursuing it will be able to handle 100,000 strangers comfortably and with ease to themselves. Every family in the city has agreed to help take care of all who come, and the committee is in hopes of making each individual leave here as a walking advertisement of the city.

The grand stand committee has arranged with the architect for doubling the number of boxes, and the parking spaces will be increased ten times. Each day brings to the city some representative of some large automobile factory, and all speak in glowing terms of the work being done.
