FBI Media Alert: FBI Investigates Crash That Killed Three on Navajo Nation

The FBI and Navajo Nation Division of Public Safety are investigating a two-vehicle crash that resulted in three deaths.

The crash occurred on Route 9, between Pueblo Pintado and Tinian in the vicinity of Mile Post 85, at approximately 9:10 p.m. Monday.

Two children and an adult who were in one of the vehicles suffered fatal injuries.

Two other individuals in that vehicle, as well as the driver of the other vehicle, were transported to the University of New Mexico Hospital.

No identities or further details will be released at this time, pending the outcome of the investigation.
