Woodstock Square parking solution

Who says that a parking solution cannot be found for the Woodstock Square? And for nearby Metra commuters? And for the extra 100,000 movie-goers that will be heading to the Square?

Why not create a real parking solution? Metra commuters could stay out of the cold, the rain, the snow (remember those days?), the heat.
