Moroccan officials say nine Portuguese tourists were killed when their bus overturned in northern Morocco and plunged into a ravine.
Officials say the bus was traveling from the Spanish enclave of Ceuta in rough weather when the driver apparently lost control of the vehicle Wednesday.
At least 14 others, including a Moroccan tour guide, were injured in the crash and rushed to nearby hospitals.
Morocco’s state news agency says 47 people were on the bus.
Officials say eight of those killed in the accident were female, including one teenage girl.
