ATLANTA (November 4, 2009) – WHEEGO ELECTRIC CARS, – manufacturer of all-electric cars, today announced delivery of its first car to an Atlanta customer.
Stephen Currie, 41-year-old Atlanta resident, drove home his Wheego Whip LSV on Friday, October 30. “I’m interested in this emerging technology,” says the Georgia Tech grad and Earthlink Product Manager. “Not just for the environment, but also for the science of it – understanding how it works and where it will lead us. Most of my driving is intown, so this is a great car for me.”
Wheego Electric Cars are available locally through Wheego of Marietta, managed by Brian Dean. Sixteen dealers represent the Wheego brand nationally, with additional dealers being added each month.
