FBI Media Alert: FBI, Navajo Nation Seeks Information on Apparent Hit-and-Run Death

The FBI and Navajo Nation Division of Public Safety are seeking information regarding an apparent hit-and-run fatality that occurred between Sunday night and Monday morning near Shiprock.
The body of an unidentified woman in her 30s was found at Mile Post 29-1/2 on the side of eastbound U.S. Highway 64, approximately 7 miles east of Shiprock.
Anyone who recalls seeing anything suspicious in the area between 7 p.m. Sunday and 5 a.m. Monday is asked to call the FBI (24 hours) at 505-889-1300.
