The Volvo Concept XC Coupe is a concept car first revealed at the 2014 North American International Auto Show.
Volvo Concept XC Coupe is the second of three planned concept cars designed by Volvo's head of design Thomas Ingenlath intended to point the way for Volvo's future design direction. The basic design is shared with Volvo Concept Coupe introduced at Frankfurt Motor Show 2013 and the three-door concept car looks more like a modern interpretation of the 1800 ES than the upcoming second generation XC90 seven seater crossover. The Concept XC Coupe is based on Volvo's new platform Scalable Product Architecture (SPA) which will provide the technical foundation for all future Volvo models.
