Unlock a New Racer: On the Main Menu screen, press and hold L1 & R1, and with those held down press Down, Right, Triangle, Down, Left, Triangle, Up. You'll hear a ringing sound confirming correct entry. You can now select "Penta Penguin" on the Player Selection Screen (not available for Adventure Mode).
