An Administrative Law Judge has found that the "ABS/Trax" add-on braking system marketed by Automotive Breakthrough Sciences and ABS Tech Sciences, and purported to function just like factory-installed antilock brakes, does not, in fact, sense the rate of rotation of the automobile’s wheels or the degree of wheel slip in order to correct such slippage.
