A company formed by Nate Altman and Leo Newman, two South Bend, Indiana Studebaker dealers.
After production of the Studebaker Avanti ended, Altman and Newman bought the rights to the car and began producing it as the Avanti II.
Production of the car was in a former Studebaker plant in South Bend, Indiana.
