Right of Way for Ambulances.

ALBANY, Jan. 30.—Assemblyman Honeck has introduced a bill which provides that the driver of an ambulance, when on duty, shall have the right of way, in any highway, street, or avenue, over any and all vehicles, and of whatever motive, except those carrying the United States mail.
