Denies Timken Deal With Durant.

Heman Ely, Vice President of the Timken Roller Bearing Company, yesterday said there was absolutely no foundation to the reports circulated in Wall Street to the effect that "negotiations are pending between Durant Motor interests and Timken Roller Bearing interests looking to the acquisition of an interest in the Timken Company by the Durant interests."
