Garrett Marchant’s 2014 season is underway and with the help of new partner “EDK Electric & Power LLC/ The Generator Guy TM” the next few races will be made a little easier. Marchant and the “Generator Guy” formed a two race deal on April 1, 2014. EDK Electric & Power will be the primary sponsor of the #77 Chevy SS on April 4, 2014 and on April 18, 2014. If the partnership is successful more races may be added to the deal.

I will be running for the 2014 track championship there and I look to make my mark starting this weekend. In the Rearview: Marchant began the 2014 season at East Carolina Motor Speedway on March 21st with his #77 Lone Star Car Transportation/ Grill Grip Chevy SS. Garrett would begin his season with no pre-season testing, and relatively little practice the day of the race. Marchant would qualify 8th in the AFG Home Improvements/Kim’s Sweet Sensations machine and at the conclusion of the race would finish in the 5th spot (equaling previous best finish at Caraway Speedway in October of 2013.)
