Cavender Toyota is part of the Cavender Auto Family, which was founded by James “Big Jim” Cavender in 1939 when San Antonio’s population hovered around 250,000. Seventy-six years later, San Antonio boasts a population of almost 1.4 million, with the award-winning Cavender organization selling and servicing generations of customers throughout South Texas. Cavender Audi, Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, GMC, Land Rover, Scion, and Toyota dealerships in San Antonio and Boerne employ more than 800 automotive professionals. In 2017, Cavender Toyota will expand to Austin with the opening of Toyota of Cedar Park. Cavender stands firmly on its time-tested philosophy of putting people first.
