DingIT is an independent service company based in Los Angeles. Its objective is to solve the inefficiencies that currently exist in the process of repairing dents by exploiting Internet technology to bring the convenience of the online marketplace concept to the car owners. "It is surprising that this market that consists of over 30 millions consumers a year was never tapped into by any software or service company. They typically focused on solutions for insurance companies and body shops, but not for the car owners, which is what we did" says Mr., Golan. DingIT.com started operating in 2003, initially in West Los Angeles and later started expanding to Greater Los Angeles and other cities.
