A former racing team crew chief for Hendrick Motorsports and owner of Evernham Motorsports.

As Hendrick Motorsports crew chief for the #24 car driven by Jeff Gordon he was part of a 3-time Winston Cup winning team.  He went on to found his own team, Evernham Motorsports, which was the primary representative of Dodge's return to Winston Cup competition.
