Alfa Romeo sold a special edition Spider called the Niki Lauda F.1 with stripes running down the sides of the hood to the front of the car, with the top stripe reading "Alfa Romeo" across the front of the car and the bottom stripe reading "Niki Lauda F.1" on the right side front. The car was available only in red.
