Dale Earnhardt The Bud Moore owned Wrangler Ford #15 of Dale Earnhardt. Dale drove 2 seasons for Moore in the Ford, winning 3 races and finished 8th this weekend in the Van Scoy 500. While the other teams brought the boxy 1982 version of the T-bird to Pocono in 1983, the Moore team used the sleek 1983 version that was one of my favorite cars. Bill Elliott Bill Elliott, like most of the Ford teams, chose to run the 1982 model T-Bird at Pocono in 1983. I beleive that Elliott used the 82 model in most of the 83 races. I do remember he ran the 83 model at the 2nd Talledaga race.
